2. Authenticity Guarantee

3. Condition & Products

All items are pre-owned. We provide high-resolution images of the actual item; no stock imagery is used. While we strive for absolute accuracy, pre-owned luxury may show natural signs of wear, which are detailed in each product description.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments must be completed in full before dispatch. Vaultresse reserves the right to cancel transactions in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Consignment Sales

For items sold on behalf of private consignors, Vaultresse acts as an intermediary. These items undergo the same rigorous authentication process, and Vaultresse remains fully responsible for the authenticity guarantee.

6. Liability & Governing Law

Vaultresse is not liable for normal wear, aging of pre-owned items, or damage resulting from improper use after delivery. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
