Shipping Policies
Our Philosophy at Vaultresse: each handbag is selected with intention and shipped with the utmost care. As a destination for preloved luxury, we are committed to delivering an experience that reflects the value, rarity, and craftsmanship of every piece we offer.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Trusted Carriers: We partner with DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, bpost, and DPD. High-value pieces may prioritize express services for enhanced security.
Delivery Regions:
European Union: 2–7 business days. All taxes included at checkout.
United States: 5–10 business days. Import duties may apply.
International: 7–20 business days depending on local customs.
Customs & Duties: For orders outside the EU, local customs authorities may apply import duties or VAT. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact and all original inclusions (dustbag, certificate, packaging) present.
Process: Once confirmed, the item must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Vaultresse reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct value if the item has been damaged or the security tags have been tampered with.
